Black Bear Conflict and Depredation can involve Property Damage, Human Health and Safety, Livestock Depredation and Damage to Agriculture.

Written Permission
Written permission to hunt Black Bear on the land owners property required.
Rural, Agricultural or Timber Lands
Assistance offered for the Rural, Agricultural or Timber Lands of Snohomish, Skagit, King or Whatcom County areas of Washington State.
Notice
Any other removal requires a depredation permit and the conditions on the permit can be set and vary as to who can exercise the permit and how the animal is disposed.
